April showers bring May flowers, and April snow brings…May projects!
Okay, okay, that was super cheesy. I’ll admit it. But I do have some fun new projects that I’m really excited to work on!
So, as many of you know, Salt Lake City is homebase right now while I make the transition from Las Vegas to (potentially) the Pacific Northwest. I had a lot of fun working and living in Las Vegas, but I’m looking for opportunities that will help me set up a solid future with my sweetheart (who is currently in Poulsbo, just West of Seattle, Washington) while taking the next steps in my professional life.
For that reason, I’ve been taking on freelance opportunities while I send in resumes and maintain a few ongoing projects. Well, I’m excited to announce a few new (awesome) peeps I’ll be working with!
Gluten Free Expo
You might know that I’ve had a relationship with the Gluten Free Expo and its owner, Debbie Deaver, for a few years. In fact, last year I was able to fly up from Las Vegas and help Debbie completely overhaul her website! Since then, I’ve kept tabs on Debbie’s online presence, offering suggestions for how to manage her Facebook, emails, and Pinterest. She has done a great job at learning how to grow and engage her audience while still focusing on the day to day business aspects of the Expo.
And now, for the good news…beginning immediately, I’ll be working directly with Deb, overseeing all of her online content! I have no doubt that we can make some big, BIG improvements in her engagement, reach, and conversions. I’m very excited to get to work with Deb, and expect to see you all on her Facebook page and at her expo! We’ve already begun putting together some social aspects to the Expo that you will not want to miss…
I know that many of you are familiar with Peter Breinholt’s unique indie/folk sound; He’s been around for years and has been one of my favorites for a long time. Well, “Pete” has got some incredible new projects in the works right now, and it’s time to get serious about reconnecting with his existing fanbase and expanding into a whole new group of music lovers! I’m thrilled to say that I will be guiding all of his online efforts…this means new videos, a look into his creative process, intimate “unplugged” versions of some of your favorite Peter Breinholt songs.
If it’s been a while since you last vibed out on a Peter Breinholt tune, find him on Facebook or look him up on YouTube and get back into the groove. I can promise much more interaction and amazing original content will be coming your way soon!
In addition to taking on these projects, I am going to be putting together a great testimonial/portfolio page for myself! I’ve got some content that I think will be killer (not the same old BORING info laid out in the same old boring way) and some people whose experiences I’d love to spotlight. It’s time to get serious about marketing myself and showing people exactly who they’re getting when they hire Jimmy Winskowski! I can’t wait to show you what I have in mind. Be sure to check back soon and find out exactly what I mean…
